I'm an IT Support Technician at subIT Managed IT Services & Support in Miami, FL, supporting end users across multiple client environments. Day to day I work tickets in Autotask, manage accounts through Microsoft 365, Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory, and remote into endpoints with Datto RMM — on top of everyday hardware, software and network troubleshooting.

I also go on site to our client companies when the work calls for it, which is the part I enjoy most. I like hardware and being in front of the equipment; getting hands on with it is how I learn best.

Outside of technology I value discipline and balance. I spend my time motorcycle touring, skiing, and staying consistent in the gym.
